- Re-tenanting opportunity
Deal Structure
Flexible. Will purchase for cash but can assume debt.
Return Criteria
Leveraged IRR of at least 13.0% based on
a three- to five-year hold.
Minimum Deal Size
100,000 square feet and $15M
