Sarofim Realty Advisors started its first fund through a group trust in 1982 just after the inception of the firm.  The fund, known as SIRF P-I, is a closed-end, value-added fund.  The fund has purchased and sold over
$460 million in assets and continues to be an active investment vehicle.
