Kim P. Nelson

Vice President – Real Estate Operations

Ms. Nelson is VP – Real Estate Operations and is responsible for overseeing the asset management of Sarofim’s office portfolios and for the oversight of all due diligence and closings for retail and office acquisitions and dispositions. Kim is also responsible for all financing activity on office and retail properties and is involved in major retail lease transactions.  She joined Sarofim in 1996 and has twenty years of real estate experience covering all major property types.

Kim previously managed multiple property type portfolios as a Senior Asset Manager with Trammell Crow Realty Advisors and assisted in all aspects of a major loan portfolio restructuring for Trammell Crow Company. 

Kim graduated from Southwest Texas State University with BBA in Finance.  She is a member of ULI.
